FOCUS FUNDAMENTALS: A Crash Course on Recalls

Recalls - on paper, they're easy. On the field, they're a completely different beast.   When the judge's scoresheet is looking for speed, directness, and a finish that doesn't body-check the handler into next week, it's important to have a structured approach to recalls and clear plan for troubleshooting.

Hi, I'm Ann -

I've devoted my time personally and professionally to helping handlers maximize their dogs' obedience and better enjoy their dogs both on the field and off. Having competed with podium finishes at local, regional, national, and world levels in Protection Sports Association (PSA), I am passionate about cultivating the same clarity in training for my clients that has led to my own dog's career success. My dog, Patty, and I have enjoyed a full and successful career in dog sport, having reached some remarkable milestones - and now I can't wait to share the method to how I got there with others.
